  300克芥菜

  200克香葱

  10克胡萝卜

  70克芹菜

  70克香菇

  四个五花肉

  80克虾米

  2个盐

  5克料酒

  1、米饭:尽量使用糯米、长香米等,饭一定要煮硬、或蒸熟、米饭熟后一定要扒开冷却,这样炒的饭才香,而且还不粘锅,需要有一粒粒的清爽感觉,如果是热饭很容易粘锅还不好看。

  2、虾米没有可以忽略不用,也可以改成其他新鲜虾仁等。

  3、胃不好的朋友尽量少吃多餐并一定配上清汤,因为米饭太硬很容易引起胃不舒服,请爱护自己的身体。
